Refund Policy (Our policy on refunds, warranty scope, and exclusions)
As stated in our Terms of Service, the products and services offered on our website, emtsmurfs.com, fall under the category of “services performed instantly in an electronic environment or intangible goods delivered immediately to the consumer”. Therefore, there is no statutory right of withdrawal or refund. (See Terms of Service)
For products and services that include a warranty, a replacement is provided only if the account is closed due to “Botting”, “AC_BOTTING”, "AC_BOTTING_PERMANENT", or "Botted”, and only if the product or service is available in stock.

- Users must notify the EMT Smurfs management of any incidents that occur during the warranty period.
- Products and services not covered by a warranty are excluded from this guarantee and carry no ban protection.
Exclusions from Warranty
Users acknowledge and agree that account bans resulting from user actions are not covered by the warranty. Such actions include, but are not limited to:
- Verbal abuse, insults, offensive language, severe profanity,
- Racism, derogatory remarks against religious or national values,
- Toxic behavior, intentional feeding,
- Use of third-party cheat software such as lolskin, zoomhack, script, macro,
- Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in the game,
- Account closure due to security reasons.
Users are required to:
- Avoid openly disclosing that the account is a bot account,
- Avoid contacting Riot Games support to prevent the account from being reviewed.
Account Security
Once account credentials are delivered, the user is solely responsible for account security. We do not provide support for accounts that are suspended due to account selling/sharing or security-related issues.
Special Terms for Skin Accounts
- Accounts in the Skin Account category contain the skin shard in loot, not the skin itself.
- Unlocking the skin requires Orange Essence.
- The account will most likely have sufficient Orange Essence, but this is not guaranteed.
Out-of-Stock and Mismatch Cases
- If a purchased product or service is out of stock, you have the right to request a refund of the deposited amount.
- If the delivered product or service does not match its description, you have the right to request a replacement. Examples include:
- Receiving an EU West server account instead of a Turkey server account,
- Receiving less Blue Essence than stated.

To determine the reason for an account ban, the management of emtsmurfs.com may request certain information related to your account.
